Proofers have two series: A and B. The same features of XF-A Series Proofer and XF-B Series Proofer are all with the full stainless steel #201 outside and inside. Direct steaming, no water tank, automatic water injection. Built-in circulating fan, can be adjustable the distance of tray to tray. The differences: XF-A with the timer control digital display, XF-B with micro-computer control digital display and heat insulation layer.
